I can't say enough about the care and attention we received from the leadership and direct care providers of Trove Home Care. Caring for a dying mother during the pandemic was stressful and overwhelming and this amazing team provided exceptional support to all of us. We were especially grateful that any changes in schedule were immediately communicated and we never lost a day of care due to unexpected absences. Throughout this journey, they treated us with empathy, compassion and kindness, and for that, we will always be grateful.

Several months ago my mother began experiencing memory loss and although fully capable of taking care of her physical needs her memory loss was worsening and my mom’s ability to interact with other people had declined, all made worse by the isolation brought on by the pandemic. The team at Trove assured me that they would be able to find the right person for my mom and they completely fulfilled on their commitment. It has been two months since Trove entered our lives and this week I received a text from my mom. She describes her experience best.“I keep meaning to tell you that having ‘E’ coming here is the best thing that’s happened to me. The days aren’t so long and lonely. I really enjoy her company. Thank you.”I am incredibly grateful how my mother has responded to the help she has received from everyone at Trove, and especially the relationship she has developed with her caregiver ‘E’. What I am equally grateful for is the peace of mind I have knowing that my mom is being cared for.

Trove leadership was extremely professional and responsive during a difficult family time. The caregivers were kind and attentive and kept our family member safe and well cared for. We are very grateful for Trove's expert assistance and their ability to put together a care plan quickly and completely. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs home health care.
