We are here to provide whatever form of non-medical care you require.  Whether it’s three four-hour shifts each week, around-the-clock support, or somewhere in between, we’ll ensure you are supported with exceptional care.


Each client is matched with a care manager and team of caregivers to provide maximum support.  We strive for consistency within our care teams and value feedback that helps us tailor skills and personalities to optimize compatibility for your needs and interests.


Our clients live in a variety of settings.  Whether it’s their own house, a son or daughter’s cottage home, an apartment at an assisted living facility, or temporary quarters at a skilled nursing or rehab facility, Trove stands ready to provide exceptional personal care and companionship services.


Hourly rates for care are agreed upon at the outset of each relationship and schedules are directed by clients in two-week increments.  We accept payment directly via check, credit card or ACH debit and help you work with your long-term care insurer to secure funds for our services.

In-Home Caregiver Services

In addition to personal care and companionship services, Trove provides care management support to alleviate additional administrative tasks from the shoulders of a client, their family, or a close friend.  Our caregivers, care managers, and administrators strive to enrich each and every life we touch, so all concierge services come built into each client’s hourly rate.

Personal care services

In the process of aging or rehabilitating from an injury, a client may require hands-on support with their activities of daily living (ADLs). Trove provides a suite of personal care services to address these needs, including:

  • Bathing, Dressing, and Grooming Aid
  • Continence Management
  • Exercise and Range of Motion Guidance
  • Feeding Assistance
  • Personal Hygiene Care

Companionship services

Some of our clients are still active, but require a bit of extra help to maintain their lifestyle.  Companionship services include:

Care management services

Some clients require an extra hand navigating their health needs, particularly as it applies to administrative functions as they persevere through changes and transitions in their care.  Care management with Trove offers informed and reliable help with oversight tasks at a moment’s notice, including:

In-home elderly care services

Care management tool

Our cloud-based “Family Room” platform enables clients and families to receive real-time communication from Trove’s care
team and remain connected regarding client updates from anywhere. The Family Room empowers clients and families with convenience and ease to:


  • Monitor care schedules.  Stay apprised of scheduled care hours each week.
  • See the care team.  Learn which caregivers and care managers are being introduced to the client and view pictures of their faces in advance of their arrival. 
  • Review daily care logs.  Read transcripts and listen to audio recordings about caregiver interactions with the client in real-time.
  • Keep VIPs Informed.  Authorize access to notes about the client’s care for family members, close friends, POAs, or other care professionals who need to stay in touch.
  • Arrange Payment. Review invoices, update payor information, divide biweekly bills between family and the LTC insurer, and enable autopay.


Our home care and care management services are billed on an hourly basis and invoicing for services occurs every other Thursday.  Our services can be paid for privately or with most long-term care insurance plans.

Scheduling with Trove


Our minimum shift configuration for clients is four hours per day, three times per week, for a total of 12 care hours each week.  Hourly care may be scheduled for any four-hour block of the day and may also be increased up to 24 hours per day upon request.


Occasionally, it becomes necessary for a client to have a caregiver remain with them overnight to monitor their safety. Our caregivers are not permitted to sleep during overnight shifts to maintain vigilance and responsiveness at all times. Overnight care may be configured into 10-hour or 12-hour shifts.


Our enhanced recruitment and retention standards allow us to create unparalleled stability for clients requiring 24/7 care. When the need for full time care arises, our team approach to service positions us to seamlessly scale alongside growing needs without interruption. Shifts may be scheduled in three 8-hour increments or two 12-hour blocks.

Prior to employment, in tandem with our proprietary recruitment screening, each Trove employee must pass a criminal background check, DMV check, sexual misconduct search, and employment history confirmation.  Employees are also required to provide proof of their credentials, certifications, and active auto insurance policy, and must comply with randomized drug testing.

We plan with you.

Our care relationship begins with a complimentary in-home care consultation conducted by one of our registered nurses.  Our registered nurses can help address any pressing questions and may even pose and answer questions you might not know you had.  These conversations are designed to build comfort and trust in Trove’s care model before any agreements are signed. If you elect to employ our services, our registered nurse will design a plan of care customized to the specialized needs, medical history, and personal preferences of the client to ensure safe and competent service.
